United Medical Response

After calling around to several different EMS services, Tim Davis at United Medical response was so incredibly helpful! Not only did he work quickly so that my dad could be transported timely, he offered an upfront cost quote. My father is uninsured and other companies quoted us 5 times what we paid UMR. So thankful! The response time was exactly as I was told it would be. The driver & the EMT who transported my dad were wonderful with him! They took time to speak to his nurse and to review all important health information before putting him on the ambulance! I can never thank Mr. Davis for his help over the phone, or for the care provided by Norm and Bernard during my dad's transport! We hope not to need the service again, but if we do, UMR will be the first and only call we make! Thank you all! God Bless you!!!

They were scheduled to transport my mother to the hospital today for CT scan. Did not show up. I called to see where they were and they said they had no record of schedule. Schedule had been made and confirmed for over a week. Their employee who scheduled the job was out on "medical leave" whatever that means. Mind-numbingly incompetent!
