First Call Towing & Auto Repair

State Farm called them for my tow. Never showed up! Had to call another service to tow my car. State Farm needs to cancel this terrible company.

We’re told through progressive they would be to me within 90 minutes and called back and they told Progressive they got tied up and would be to me soon…. 5 hours later they never showed and wouldn’t answer for me or the insurance company. How can they be in business still?

They should change their name to Last Call Towing because they should not be in business. They need to be removed from State Farm's Emergency Roadside Vendor list. I received an ETA of 45-60 minutes and almost 2.5 hours later this tow service never arrived. I called them several times and no one answered and the mailbox was full. I sent text messages requesting an ETA and finally the owner responded to the text stating he would be another 3 hours before he could arrive. Claims his truck broke down and he was fixing a water leak. This guy is full of excuses. State Farm's Roadside Assistance had to dispatch another company that got to me in 30 minutes that was professional and able to promptly assist me. Do not use this company.

My roadside assistance called them for a tow. ETA was 75 minutes. No call, no show and every time I called for an ETA they would answer and not talk. So now I’m stuck here 4 hours later still trying to get a tow home. WORST SERVICE EVER.
