    This office was referred to me by a co worker because I was in search of a primary health care physician I did not have a good experience there so I called and scheduled an appointment around mid March they said I couldn't be seen until April 3rd so I come to the appointment 10min before the scheduled time I announced my arrival and the receptionist ask if I'd completed a new patient packet I told her no she handed it to me and I began filling it out. During the process another receptionist asked me was I almost done I said yes and kept going after finishing the paperwork and turning it in I was called back to the desk because there was an issue verifying my insurance no fault to them and was just a misspelling of my name not a major problem so the receptionist calls me to the side entrance to talk to the insurance company and complete the verification once I did the receptionist advised me that I would not be able to be seen because I had missed my appointment and would need to reschedule I almost blew my top I told her that I had taken off from work to come and had been waiting since mid March she said that's why I emailed you the packet back in March because you can't go back and see the doctor unless the packet is completed in its entirety. I said ma'am I'm having blood pressure issues and I waited for weeks to get this appointment she said well I'm sorry ma'am I was visibly upset by now and asked what would be the reschedule date she then stated that the earliest she could get me back in there would be 5/1/24 I was on 1000 I just told her not to worry about it and left my issue was if this is your policy why let me stay there filling out alllllll those papers knowing that I was not going to be seen and I was denied services because of paper work I don't recommend this office they booked months out and will not allow you to be seen if you don't fill out paper work on their time frame.

    I went in for a follow-up visit today and was turned away because I had a balance. I tried to explain that I had arranged a payment plan and the financial clerk was very unprofessional and rude. My husband and I have been going there for years, they have good doctors but will loose business if they keep that witch up front.

    Front desk staff are always rude and have no customer service at all. Not to mention, it takes days to get RX on meds.

    My husband and I just love everyone at Rutland Corners. We have been patients for 20+ years and have had only one little problem.

    You wont believe this, but I could not make this up. I had been a patient for three years when I called to get an appointment because I was nauseous. I was told, no kidding, that I cant just come in when I am sick! I was told I treat them like. Med Stop, only calling when Im sick. Really? I was speechless. Then she said I hadnt had a physical this year so I cant make a sick appointment until I do. I asked if they ever notified me that I was due for my annual and she had no answer. I asked to make an appointment for that physical and was rudely told it would be sometime next month and they would not see me today while I was sick. Thats not the worse I was treated. Once I had a sick appointment because I had chest congestion. An hour before my appointment they called to cancel it because they said if I was having breathing issues I had to see my asthma specialist. True stories. Oh, one more. I went to see Tara for stomach pains associated with constipation so she gave me meds for diarrhea. Really? Needless to say I have a new PCP.
