This is the most poor insurance company for anything you need insured. I canceled my policy before my payment was due and i have proof from the car dealership on the exact date they bought my old car back from me. I also called Geico while I was in the car dealership and was told I would not be billed. Last week I received a notice from FLHSMV that my drivers license would be suspended because Geico told them I still had the vehicle which was a lie. I sent over the paper that the dealership gave me. As well I just delt with a debt collector who I had to pay money too and I uploaded my documents to them. I believe I will be hiring a lawyer on this one. All I will say is look out Geico because you screwed with the wrong person

Geico used to be great, but now their app doesnt even have a way for you to ask a question. It told me to call about my homeowners policy, but didnt provide a phone number. When I finally found a phone number on the website (not the app), the person I talked to didnt have an answer. He basically said I dont know; call Homesite.
