Help at Home

this is the worst company ever!! all the workers are lazy getting high smoking nicotine hookah talk to much always on their phones. never ask for help to take the burden off my who old of age need someone who takes their job more serious! I should have to tell you want to do when theirs a manual of what needs to be done! I kept my mouth closed for as long as I could but Ive reached my breaking point and Im fed up and tired of the same things every year. Im human to and I have a life and would to be respected as an assistant to my mother these aides dont help with nothing! cant carry nothing! always sleep your not here to sleep your here to work! you just want to get paid I said what I said !! I cant stand this company they need to evaluate their employers a little bit more follow their work habits etc. the neglect is so unfair. help at home needs to hire me since I do all darn work smh cant even enjoy my Freedom! why because nothing gets done!

This is the most unorganized/lieing company I ever meet I got approved for respite care and when I called they always said they was looking for someone to come to my area they lied and told the company they partners with that they said I had someone I never said that just to take the heat off them they will never follow up with u to let you know they didn't find anyone sowhen the day come u ask for respite they just don't show or call I haven't even made it to someone comming to my home from this company the way they lie I wouldn't want them in my home I see WHy they got low scores
