Very unprofessional. Ive delt with them in the past and informed them that I work between the hours of 8-5. I cannot take calls during work as it is against my companies policy. They proceed to call my mothers phone repeatedly after I informed that I do not live with my mother and and they have no need to contact her as in she can only tell them that I am work and cannot take calls and I have previously explained to them. I was treated very poorly back then and was reduced to tears at the ugliness of your workers. I told themanager that I wouldnt not be paying them and for them to remove my mother and my number from the collections list Today they started again. Called my mothers phone and my work phone within 2 minutes of each other. Waited to be patched through my call center job to tell me to call back. Before I used to call back and leave messages because it is after hours, they would return the call during my business hours. No way to pay online. From the looks of the reviews you need to rethink your business plan because this is not the way to make your money. I will be paying the client directly as I have a draft already set up with them. and completely bypass this poorly run company. Also filing to the BBB because this company needs to be investigated

Ive been trying to pay off a debt that I Co signed for my son thats now deceased but its still on my credit so I reached out to the company and spoke with the owner as well as the wife we came up with a agreement to pay pay and all I asked for was a letter of deletion and they told me they dont do that after pledging with them they still refused to give me one, they got very argumentative with me. When this could have easily been a everybody win situation but now Im seeking legal actions now. This place needs to be shut down. I know debt is bought pennies on the dollar

So I paid my debt in full! I asked two months ago to have it removed from my credit so we could complete our refinance. They didnt do it. I called today and asked for a simple letter stating they intend to remove it. She refused and stated her company doesnt do that. Translation we dont care that we screwed up, or that you need this to of been done two months ago when you asked us. We dont want to give you anything stating that we are going to do anything because it cost us money to take it off your credit & we dont care. So fine lets see what the better business bureau has to help me with this. You want people to pay you but then you screw them over when they do!
