As far as I know, this is the only Geico in Macon, GA that I talked to.
So, here is my issue: A woman ran into me and she lied about it to Geico back in March, 2021. I forget exactly when, but I believe it was between March 14 and March 27 (I know you have records of this). It was a word against word case and I didn't have proof. My car ended up a lot more damaged than hers. In fact, hers was just scratched up. I tried to explain that--because of that--she ran into me. Think about it. If I had run into her, her car wouldn't have been just scratched up. It would've been at least dented, if not worse. I even showed pictures of my car and hers. I even had a witness. Granted, he didn't actually see the impact happen because a tree happened to be blocking his sight at the point of contact. However, he knows that the woman ran into me and also tried to explain that. But Geico just said that because I didn't have proof, they couldn't do anything about it.
So, basically, I just gave all the proof I could without proof and they still didn't believe me. I thought this was ridiculous. My reasons are just common sense for how she ran into me. Just because I don't happen to have proof doesn't mean anything. You'd think a big company like Geico would be more understanding of this.

Veronica Johnson in one of the Georgia offices was spectacular. Wrote to Todd Combs about how she handled my claim when my adjuster Leor was completely absent and MIA. She gave me peace of mind and was professional the entire way through. People like her make customers happy and happy people talk.

This company sells insurance policies as full coverages. They tell you on the phone that they can save you money get you to switch to a more inferior policy. Come to find out that policy you have does not cover damages to your car. GEICO Preyed on Consumers by Selling Liability Only Policies as Full Coverage Products

Working at Geico for a year and a half, they say that the customer is first and employee is second, but I believe that is false. I had medical issues, MEDICAL ISSUES, going on with me to where I was incapacitated for over a month there in total, and they had me on a warning due to when I got sick from my medical issues, and upon returning back to work from being in a hospital for a month and struggling with medication that continued to make me very sick, they terminated me due to my attendance. I was not able to receive FMLA until after a year of working there and they still let me go even though I was on FMLA. Only gave less days than what my psychiatrist recommended and I'm just being honest, don't work there if you have any real life medical problems, they will drop you like a fly. It's not worth it. It's harder to go up in the company, and they really don't care. Don't waste your time.
