My car wouldnt start my insurance company had me waiting for three hours for service, I called my brother and he told me about Rich Roadside , I called and Rich got to me in 10min! Any who needs roadside assistance in Macon should use Rich roadside, he gave me a receipt and my insurance company reimbursed me. Theyre great!!! Service: Battery

I had a blowout at 5am all the other roadside companies wanted me to wait 2 hours for service. I called Rich and he was there within 15 minutes. Rich was professional, polite and even wore a mask. Rich Roadside is the best in Macon Service: Tires

I locked my keys in my car outside my house and couldn't get into either! I was freezing and my insurance provider sent someone who wouldnt be out for at least an hour! I looked up mobile roadside assistance, and found Rich. He heard the worry and cold in my voice, and arrived to me in 15 minutes! Opened my car so fast, I was still thanking him for pulling up so quickly and he was already done! He also practices safe social distancing, which made me feel better as well. I will be keeping his number and passing it out. Thanks Rich.
