        We choose ABD because the estimated time and price was what we were looking for. This was a major mistake. The process took much longer because the contractors really weren't available or interested in completing the work. One contractor came once and quit. A couple of others did a rough job and then disappeared. In the end the cost was the same, if not more, than the other options. The final straw was the receipt of a major shipment that was left outside in the rain. Apparently, I was supposed to bring it inside. The cost of repurchasing the materials came out of my pocket.
