So much for a great valentines dinner! My husband made reservations in advance for Valentine’s Day...even went out of his way to make sure things were ready when we arrived in order to surprise me. Let’s just say our experience was a nightmare beginning to end. So, needless to say, nothing was ready when we arrived; however, we were seated immediately. Given that it was the busiest night of the year for restaurants, my husband brushed off the fact that nothing was as he so carefully planned. Long story short, our night got no better. We literally sat at the table 45 minutes before someone took our order, waited over an hour for bread, received our food 2 hours after arriving and it was cold. How, after a 2 hour wait for your food to cook is it cold?!? After the worst dining experience ever, we received our bill for $175. Fortunately, the manager kindly discounted our bill for our uneaten dinner so we made it out with a small $110 bill and a drive thru Valentine’s dinner. Side note to whom it may concern: we weren’t the only guest to leave.

Last night, Valentines, we stoped by about 7:00 p, understanding that without a reservation the chance of getting a table would be slim. We were greeted in a friendly manner and told that they were fully booked. We ask if it would be possible to have a drink at the bar. The hostess said she would ask the bartender. As we gazed at the bar with not a sole at it the we were promptly told sorry we couldn’t be seated at the bar. It’s amazing that the management would turn away business. It’s worth nothing that the tables in the bar area were half empty. The good news is we made the short drive to Vidalia to Rialto restaurant which did have bar seating and a table after a 20 minute wait. The atmosphere was cozy, lively, and the food and service was excellent! At much more reasonable prices. I hope Elements management reads this as I think they may have lost a good customer for a long time.
