Because of COVID they horse show grounds only offered Shawn McMillen. No other photographers were allowed. So one choice, fine, yes, that works. $45 for a digital copy, which is steep but supporting artists is good. I emailed them and asked to be put on a list, to be sure I get photos of certain rounds. They said “don’t worry we get everyone every day”. I email them after the class (well... the next day) that I specifically asked to be covered and inquired why mine were not on the website when everyone else’s were. They’re response was “oh we covered every arena but yours”. This is the biggest horse show I’ve ever been in and asked for photos, willing to buy multiple, and they could not provide. They were able to help out after the issue and resolve as much as they could. It was not the same as getting the photos I had my heart set on, but they put effort in. I appreciate the effort and the kindness. Good hearts.
