Update: One year later. She did it again! If you tell her to do something special, she does it! I asked designer Kaylee to create a birthday arrangement using her freshest flowers. I told her creative expertise to make something unusual and amazing. Wow, did she ever do it! Gorgeous .

My original arrangement was absolutely beautiful and everything I ordered. Unfortunately the next day after delivery half my flowers wilted and the following day the rest did. I paid a good amount of money and these flowers were for a special occasion, I was hoping they would last more than 2 days. I called the shop to see what my options were and was met with the answer of they left the shop and were delivered, theres nothing we can do. Im apparently unable to get a refund and if they sent flowers out it would cost them money. The person I spoke with was very dismissive, didnt ask my name, didnt look up my order, didnt ask any questions or seem interested in fixing this issue. I sent an email to them the day after the order was delivered with photos attached and left a voicemail over the holiday just so there would be some proof that I wasnt trying to rip them off. I wanted to use a local flower shop to support local businesses but wont be using them again. Its really unfortunate since they are around the corner, but I do not recommend anyone using them if this is the customer service you receive.

Really terrible flowers, even worse customer service. Paid nearly $200 for an arrangement that were dead on arrival. Tried to call and kindly remedy the situation and they didn't care one bit. Do not waste your money or time with these guys - look elsewhere!

Best place for cemetery silks. Prices are reasonable. Will use them again.
