Place is cool to stay but that Briana in the front office has a nasty attitude, she needs a new job customer service is not for her , people pay to live here an she could care less she the people up there has a care less attitude when its supposed to be safe ! CAR GOT broken into and she lied saying she was doing something about it when I asked her what they were doing she said nothing they can do I have to file a police report I asked her why emergency maintenance did not return my phone call and she said the phones were done , why am I paying to have emergency maintenance and when you call they dont come ! This place is a disaster

I have been staying here goin on 2 years now in a one bedroom, I needed more space so I recently transferred to a two bedroom. Veronica helped with the transfer which was pretty smooth and the new apartment is very spacious for the cost. Any issues I did have maintenance came and took care of it asap. I enjoy living here.

YALL SPRINT DONT RUN. hands down the worse apartments we have everr stayed at they have been lying since we moved in months ago and the apartments are not that nice for the price I dont even know where to start is so bad.. When we first moved in we werent let known about our first month being free even tho they were advertising that it would be they didnt remember we had a discount until months after we already moved in.. when we moved into our unit there were holes in the walls and the paint was done so terribly it doesnt go all the way up to the ceiling it stops which you can clear see..our fan was not put in right and our dryer was not connected to the wall right at all the washer was connected into the dryer our dishwasher was not installed right so it comes out easily dor the price it doesnt come with a built in microwave, and there are so many nasty disgusting cats that run the property its unimaginable and the residents feed the cats.. will insert photos below. now on to what really matters this company is playing with our money in ways that cause for a lawsuit which we are handling. There are additional fees being added every month that they cannot explain but we are expected to pay on the first of the month and then evictions are filed on the 6th which is fine we have family in the property management field so we know what is going on.. if we knew what we were paying for it wouldnt be a problem but we cannot even pay online due to them trying to take rent before the 1st of the month and got our account locked, we also cant see statements until we ourselves ask them, even though they know we cant see online. Now that we cant see we magically have fees that are added its hilarious if you ask me. Let me mind you these are not little fees they add an additional couple hundred ontop of our rent so why would we pay for these busted up apartments when you can get a new building in Mcdonough for what makes sense with the price. If you care about your money and just general respect dont move here hell if you have 620 credit score GO ACROSS THE STREET TO STATION 75 I know people that live there and love it they get what they are paying for. We are handling the rest in court but I just wanna save the people and there funds dont even look this way!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Any positive review is false and paid for. Infested with stray cats!!!! They are every where. Will catch them on porch, breeze way, walking the community, and infested heavily by the trash cans. The apartments have mold, and huge roaches that be out on the porch and in your home. Tameshia and Verionca is unprofessional and ghetto the office never answers the phone! Management add fees that you weren't aware of and cant explain the fees. The apartments are ran down go see for yourself the property does not look like the pictures

front office is always very helpful when i have a problem or concern. i just moved in a few days ago! and i love it. So far so good!!!
