Update: Stay away from this shady company. After finally taking the risk to give them our CC information (still cant believe they ask for that) to view the house, we decided we liked it and wanted to apply. We specifically asked if anyone else had started the application process and were told no three days later. So, we paid the application fee and submitted more than enough for them to approve us. After wasting our time, we got an email a week later saying someones application was approved before ours. Weve demanded a refund.

I had an awsome experience renting from Atlanta Property Management. They were very professional and compassionate. Maintenance requests are handled in a timly manner. During the pandemic lock down, they had great communication and give renters options on getting the help they needed. Also after the lock down and moving forward, when renewing the lease, they did not try to price gouge on rental prices. I had a really great experience, I would definitely rent from them again.

Ive been trying to schedule a tour for two of their listings, and on the booking website, they require a credit card in order to schedule a tour. I dont understand why you need a credit card to book a tour. I called to inquire about scheduling a tour without a credit card, and the receptionist lied about the listings saying theyre not available. If theyre not available, why can I see them on Zillow, Apartments.com, and your company website? Its truly poor quality service, and will not be doing business with this company. I will also be letting all my friends and family know to steer clear of this company.
