I've lived in a lot of city but LITHONIA POST OFFICE is the world's WORST I have mail missing packages missing are not being delivered at least once a week we don't even receive mail the sad thing is I live right around the corner it actually should be closed down I am trying to move out of the area because of LITHONIA POSTS OFFICE

This is the absolute worst location ever. Every time I go to drop a package off the line is always extremely long with only one person working. I feel so sorry for the lady with the glasses she looks drained and tired. She's always in there alone with no help. You can always hear other workers in the back talking and playing but no one is working up front. If there is a shortage hire more people. Also while waiting I always hear customers complaining about their packages missing and not being delivered etc. reading the comments and it seems as if everyone is experiencing the same issue. Do Better USPS.

If I could give them 0 I would. I really believe they steal people's packages. I am still waiting on a package that was to be delivered on March 28th. It said my package was delivered to a P.O. box, when my correct address is on the order. When I went to check it out the lady told me not to worry about it my package was still coming, they were just behind. Why are you all behind??? I pay to have my packages on time and I still have not received it. I have since reported it to the company I ordered from and they sent me out another package. I am afraid they will lose, steal or delay this package too. This is so ghetto for a government establishment. People need their mail and whatever they are suppose to receive, on time.

I moved here 3 months ago from NC and they still dont have my mailbox key..The staff is very un professional..Ive never had this type of experience at a post office in my Life..after reading the reviews I definitely understand the situationThey need to shut this post office down!!

I applied for my passport 3 weeks ago and they have yet to send it off, nobody answers the phone. I was told that my application should have been received within 10 days. Now I have to request lost mail and a refund just to apply somewhere else and I was supposed to be traveling next month. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORTS!!! Update its now week 4 and my application still has not been sent, I went up there to see why and the lady told me she dont know why mine hadnt made it yet because everyone else she did that day applications had made to the agency, now Im getting the feeling my application was separated from the others. She did not provide me a tracking number and they do not answer the phone. Idk how this place is still in business with a bunch of lazy unprofessional workers smh at this point Im just gonna apply for lost mail cause this is ridiculous I encourage you all to call customer support and complain about this location. Update its now been 6 weeks and my passport application still has not made it to the agency. After making a complaint the lady called saying a bunch of nothing, they keep telling me they are gonna call me for updates thats a lie!! And they never ever pick up the phone, who ever runs this post office need to take action immediately. How does a post office receive this much negativity without anyone doing something about it
