- Dr. Duval is a great doctor, however , the front desk staff is terrible( holding the practice back)! They make no effort to assist patients as it regards to appointments. More effect is put into being rude rather than being helpful . - Theres no waitlist for persons who would like to change their appointments or to even get an emergency appointment in. - If you need an emergency appointment you have to wait at least 2 weeks !!!! - Your only option is to cancel the appointment and they refuse to call when an appointment is available. - I was advised on multiple occasions that the office only sees patients once every week and they dont call patients if a sooner appointment is available. Without patients theres no office , always keep that in mind !

After being here for 5 years almost I had a very good experience. When I first came I was so ashamed to smile but now when I see the outcome of coming here all I want to do is smile everyday and night.All I can say is thank you so much Dr.Duval.

Dr.Duval seems pleasant due to the fact he that he speaks in a calm but upbeat voice but hes actually extremely passive aggressive, if you ask him to explain what is happening next in your treatment plan or express any concern he will become visually irritated. I asked not to be seen by a specific dental assistant due to how rude and passive aggressive she was, he did not even bother to ask why or offer to remedy the situation. When I expressed an issue I was having he proceeded to wave his arms and shoulders around while speaking to me (an example how passive aggressive/visually irritated he becomes when expressing concerns). While the receptionist staff are generally pleasant to speak to, it is very difficult to get someone to answer the phone to make/follow up on appointments. Choose another orthodontist if you can, I truly regret starting a treatment plan with this office.
