My mother needed movers and happened across 5Star through a happenstance encounter with one of the mover's father. What's even more ironic, once the appointment was scheduled, we found out that the owners' great grandmother used to live on the same street just a few houses down many many years ago. This doesn't seem pertinent to a review but when I say the day ended with us feeling like family, I mean it. There is a reason they are called "5 Star" and actually have 5 stars here on Google. From booking with Toyo to logistics with Alton, Gary Jr. James and Derek, the whole team was literally a godsend. They worked so hard, taking extra care to wrap delicate items like glass tops, etc. They expertly packed the van ensuring the cargo wouldn't move. Even when we arrived to my mom's new place and discovered that the moving truck wouldn't fit into the loading dock, their attitudes remained upbeat, even though this added more complexity/ effort to the move. And it was a very hot day in GA. Professional, respectful and full of good cheer throughout hours... a FULL day of packing then unpacking. We cannot say enough good things about this company. They have found a life-long customer with my family. Thank you, 5 Star!

We needed furniture moved internally and the employees were professional and on time. They were able to accommodate us and the dispatcher ensured that we were completely satisfied.
