Terrible service, I pulled the emergency button and they looked back at my room and hung up and Im asking for help and like 6 people just walked away amen ignored me and theres one person doing their job correctly just terrible hospital

Women was rude at front desk. One was talking extremely too fast for me to understand anything. Just trying to rush people like relax.

I waited her for 3 hours because of numbness from the waist down. When I finally saw someone the spent more time talking about why MY Doctor wrote me a certain kind of med and spent 5 minutes testing to see if I had a stroke. When she decided that I didn't, she gave me a number to an neurologist (who could see me for weeks) and told.me o probably had MS. 2 days later, I couldnt walk. I went to a better emergency room where they ran 2 MRIs and discover that I did in fact have MS. I am now admitted to the hospital for 5 days. ... I was driving!!! I could have killed someone! I am a single mother with a kid who HAS insurance!!! Someone should have helped me. I could have got in an accident while driving home with my child. They have to learn to care about people who are asking them for help. I was there 3 years prior for issues with my legs and they did an ultrasound and sent me home with a 2 day doctor's note! I have had MS for yrs, it turns out and this hospital has failed to diagnose me 2 times! Spend the gas and drive somewhere else if you want to live!!
