The reviews on this place are accurate. If every review is 1 star that should tell you something. I should have looked before I went and waste my time and money. The two times I've been there has been a issue and a wait. If you schedule me for an 8:00am appointment why am I waiting until 9:15 to be seen BOTH times. Also my first visit was for a cleaning the wait time was longer than my actual cleaning still had plaque in my teeth afterwards. Second visit went for one thing, but they performed other procedures that I didn't sign off on or was aware of. How do you charge someone for a extra procedure they weren't aware was being performed of even needed. Honestly not even sure if they performed these other procedures. Will not be returning ever.

I am so glad I didn't listen to the reviews on here! Apparently, these reviews are not specifically for the Lithonia office. Everyone at this office was amazing! They were so kind and informative! They never seemed to mind answering all of my questions. Also, I LOVE all of the reminders!!!! We visited the Lithonia office for the first time last week. My boys haven't been to the dentist in almost 3 years due to moving several times. So, they had some cavities! Their cleaning went great. One of my boys, who is 14 still had a lot of baby teeth that were stopping his adult teeth from coming in straight. Dr Cheryl McMahon-Lee made my son feel very comfortable. She talked to him the entire time! Within minutes she pulled 6 baby teeth with very little discomfort! He said immediately afterward that he was so glad she did it! The hygienists and receptionist were very sweet and didn't mind me checking in on the boys. My boys had to return today to get their fillings and they did great. They all said aside from the numbing needle, it wasn't bad at all. My oldest son said the dentist actually listened when he stated he felt a little pain. We love this office and will continue to drive 40 minutes out of the way for this kind of care. :)

This place was horrible I went for a general cleaning. The doctor suggest I need four fillings, I did it. Next day my tooth was hurting. I waited like a week. Call they told me to come in next week to have the doctor check it. When I went she said it just needed to be filed down and it should be ok . That same week the tooth felt worst. Every time I ate drink anything it hurt even more. I wont ever come back here again. I definitely will never recommend anyone to come here. 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️ (Run). I should have knew something was not right when a lady was yelling in the front about then taking out the wrong tooth.

I wish I was warned before I visited this place ,now I am shame to smile and I have paid so much to do crowns and root canal .I am worse than before I wish I had done my home work .

Very unprofessional it's been since Sept. 2018 and it's NOW Jan. 2019 about yo be Feb.still no upper dentures. My insurance paid for them last year. What a great inconvience for me this is horrible I work in customer can't smile with my customers. On events no smile from me my first set of grandkids twins no smile on none of the pictures. I guess my Birthday pics will be no smiles. PLEASE THIS IS NOT THE DENTIST YOU SHOULD CHOOSE. So i had to go in for my dentutes fitting Dr. Carolyn Moore extracted my tooth with no problems this is extremely unusal for me. I have had bad experience with dentist. She is an awesome professional experience caring Doctor.
