Gardner Group Construction LLC

I spoke with Simone Gardner and scheduled a consultation early May around the 11th. He was able to come out to my home a day or two later. Its been about a month now and I have not heard from his since. Have called several times, left voicemails, called multiple numbers and sent an email. I will take this as a sign that if the communication is this bad in the beginning, the project and construction process would be the same. I wish them the best.

Simone came to our home to write an estimate but never shared it with us. I sent multiple texts as follow up as well as an email and never heard back. If that's any indication of what it would be like to work with him, then it seems that we dodged a bullet!

This company and its employees did an awesome job on my construction job. Always on time and paid close attention to detail. Made a couple of adds to my original contract and the job still went off without a single issue. I will be using them for future projects and have already talked to them about other jobs I need done. If you are in the Conyers area, this is the best company for the job...
