I arrived believing I had a serious problem and learned immediately that I did not. The reason being was the excellent service I received snd the caring manner. I think Keith was so good at listening that I did not have to repeat. I bought a new phone and the Hum. I would not have done that if I had not been the beneficiary of good service.

Keith was amazing. He made feel very comfortable. I been to other Verizon stores and felt uncomfortable and felt turned away. Keith made me feel important. I am happy I was able to find this Verizon and was able to get everything taken care of. I love my new phone, and thank you for making it an enjoyable experience.

Keith Harendza is a star in Verizon’s employment. Excelled in patience knowledge ability to explain. Doesn’t push earlier contact made me want deal only with him. His personal performance should earn him some type recognition.
