John who is the manager had the worst attitude and disposition. I would never leave my car near him for repairs. He was a completely different person when he spoke to the State Farm rep on my behalf. But when I personally called his cell phone number that he gave State Farm permission to give to me, I was taken aback but his attitude and condescending, disrespectful responses.

This business will take your car and never return it. He has had a car now for 7 months and will not return the car even after receiving a total for 11, 500.00 for repair on a car repair that should have never costed more than 6 or 7 thousand at most and is waiting for more money. He might have all the right certifications but he can not be trusted and he lacks true integrity he will squeeze you like a gangster. And for any crazy reason you get stuck doing business with this person by all means do not sign anything giving him permission to work on your property until you see a firm quote on repairs.. multiple complaints (my opinion based on my experience)

We took our vehicle in for an estimate of 2 somewhat major dents.  Mr. Osborne was late for the appointment (even though the door had an "Open" sign and was said to open at 8 a.m., toward 8:30 the door was still locked and no one answered the phone).  He talked a lot, without listening much, and said that I shouldn't trust any other bodywork shop, including especially the one we already had an estimate from.  He also suggested that maybe I wouldn't want to repair one of the dents - not really worth it.  Additionally, he mentioned several times the difficulty in matching paint, although our vehicle was a very, very common silver.  After 10 days without an estimate, I called and it was still 2 days before I got an apology via text, but still no estimate.  I tried contacting them again a week later.  He said he'd had personal issues that prevented him from giving me an estimate.  I finally got an estimate after one more day for one of the dents and not the other one that he thought he himself wouldn't repaired (although we wanted to).  In all, it took 3 weeks to get an estimate.  Compare this to an auto body shop that gave us a detailed written estimate while we waited and neither told us what to repair or not nor criticized their competition.  A shame really in light of the fact that this is a local independent business.

BEWARE!!!! Do NOT leave your car in The "care" of this shop!! If it were possible, I'd give negative stars. Horrible, crooked business. Eight months in and our vehicle is still in his shop. Insurance has paid the claim, we have personally paid above and beyond the actual expense - and nothing. We at one point received pics of our entirely dissembled car for a fairly minor door repair. Makes no sense. No communication for weeks and weeks at a time. Won't respond to calls, rarely responds to texts, and uses every excuse in the book to prolong the repair process. Judging by the reviews of other customers, this is "business as usual" for them. "Two more weeks" should be their motto, because that's what we've heard over and over again across the 8 months they've had our vehicle. It's a shame that people like this are allowed to continue treating customers in this way over and over again with no consequence.
