My medicare was surprisingly canceled and I can't find out why or talk to anyone give me a phone number somewhere the to a human.

How do you get in touch with the supervisors? I did my review a month and a half early a week after I got the notification to do my review and it hasn't been touched. It's 4/08 now and I did my review 1/15. Going on 3 weeks past when I was suppose to get my benefits. I understand it's backed up but someone could call you back. I leave messages when mailbox not full and still no call back. I still a month in october I never got my benefits just skipped a month and nobody would even call me back. Shoot if yall need more workers try starting a program to train some of the benefit recipients to do the jobs,that would help lessen benefit recipients and get these cases moving along.

If I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD IN REFERENCE TO MISS J WRIGHT SHE'S A CASELOAD WORKER THAT WAS LATE CALLING FOR RENEWALS AND ONLY GAVE A CLIENT ONE DAY TO TURN IN A SEPARATION NOTICE THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET BECAUSE THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT WAS CLOSED FOR SPRING AND SHE STOPPED THE FOOD STAMPS FROM COMING IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS. HOW FREAKNNNNNNN IN CONSIDERATE AND ON TOP OF THAT THAT IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WHO GIVES SOMEONE ONLY ONE DAY TO TURN IN DOCUMENTS!!!!!!!! IM TALKING ABOUT HOMELESS PEOPLE THAT NEED FOOD TO EAT.. BECAUSE SHE WAS LATE WITH HER FOLLOW UPS FROM RENEWALS SHE DECIDED TO TAKE IT OUT ON A CLIENT!!!! SHE NEEDS TO BE OUT OF THIS OFFICE.. THATS LUDACRIS!!! HOW SAD... SO THE CLIENT DIDNT GET NO FOOD STAMPS TODAY SO HE'S HUNGRY AND HAS NO MEANS OF MONEY AND FOOD... YOUR A SELFISH HEARTLESS PERSON....WHATS WRONG WITH THESE CASEWORKERS TODAY THEY HAVE NO EMPATHY OR COMPASSION FOR NOONE THESE DAYS.... GET ANOTHER JOB LADY BECAUSE YOUR IN THE WRONG LINE OF WORK.... AND I HOPE CORPORATE AND A SUPERVISOR SEES THIS

I have been on edge the past month because I have visited this location 5x. I have filled out for pregnancy Medicaid but have yet to speak with a caseworker. I was dreading on coming up here today. I was even going to ask for a supervisor to see what can be done because at this moment i havent seen a doctors since 1/17/24 & thats because I paid waiting on Medicaid. Here it is March & I still have heard nothing. Got my case worker number last week to get in contact with her but calling the number everyday gave me no luck. It goes straight to voicemail after selecting I speak English. I couldnt believe it. I literally had my second appointment & had to reschedule it due to my case not even being touched. Then god must have knew I had enough because the next person he gave me was the supervisor. J. Matos omg!!!! She saved me today! I literally was at my wits end. I sat there at that place since 10 am I finally got seen at 1:30pm. There was no way I was going to go home with no help again this would be the 6th visit this month. I am tired. She happen to get in contact with my worker & now I have my insurance I am so thankful. She is awesome !! Dfacs she deserves an award. She did a great deal for me today even if she dont know it. I could have cried right there because I was stressed. Thank you again to her. She is a blessing! May god continue to give her blessings upon blessings.
