My refrigerator fan began running loud and not cooling. The coils were cleaned but overnight the freezer contents began thawing. I called at 8am the next morning and they came at 10am. This is a gigantic thank you to Superior Refrigeration for doing an amazing job on my refrigerator repair! We have an older GE side-by-side which was struggling to keep the freezer as cold as it needed to be. Also the ice maker wasn't working which created a huge nuisance. I called Superior Refrigeration and Alexander made arrangements to come out within the hour! He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave a very reasonable quote. Not only did he replace the broken parts, he also replaced hoses and lines to complete the job. Both sides now cool better and the fridge runs quieter.
