I used P.A.W.S for my total exclusion a year ago and was very pleased with their service. I renewed for another year so that they could make sure everything was still good and Mike came out to inspect everything. I felt very comfortable with him and he was very nice and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend P.A.W.S from start to finish!
I was very pleased with Georgia P.A.W.S from start to finish. I called on a Saturday freaking out because I didn't know what I was hearing and Nick (the owner) answered and talked to me (calmed me down) for about 20 minutes. He sent Justin out on Monday, where he discovered I had a squirrel in my attic. I had received another quote (but his was less), the warranty renewal was also less and Justin was great, so I went with them. They sent Joseph out on Wednesday (2 days later) which I very much appreciated since I was not happy having a squirrel as a roommate. Joseph was professional, very nice and did a great job. The squirrel was in the trap about 3 hours after Joseph left and Justin came back the next day to take him away and set him free. About a week later, Justin returned to get the other trap and make sure the job was done properly (it was) and that was it! I highly recommend Georgia P.A.W.S, they were knowledgeable, professional and compassionate to someone who doesn't like squirrels!
