What a messed up company . I just called them at 1:45 today. My mother is 86 years old Im trying to help her set up her airmed 11. She lives in a different state than me so Im trying to help her set it up over the phone. I called this place who knows all about it and ask them if they could tell me where to put the adapter for the oxygen next to the machine itself or does it go below the mask . The rude lady that was on the phone ask me if I bought it from them , I said no, she said well I cant help you then and hung up. This is how you run your company. God doesnt like ugliness. What you do always comes back to you eventually. Dont use this company if you want good service

Drivers are professional and courteous. They really know about all the equipment they deliver to the customers and are happy to give further instructions to the customers if they call in and need more instruction. The company is a good one and is doing a great service for the community. When getting the supplys out to the customers its all hands on deck including after hours. The location doesnt do a good job in training new employees. There are not enough staff to handle the high call volume due to turnover rate. The staff have to deal with multiple job titles and handle phones and the front door customers.Management and communication for the employees as well as training is the real problem here.

So, Ive been on this companys roster receiving oxygen for 3 years. The initial setup person was good, professional, and kind. However, the office staff are dropping the ball regularly. Today is the 2nd time in less than 6 months that Ive been on the schedule for a tank replacement and they literally just didnt show up. No call, nothingafter I made sure that my order was actually definitely placed. Since last time it happened they told me they didnt have any record or my request. So, now I have no ability to leave the house, for errands, for exercise, nothing until they decide to respond and simply fulfill their obligation. And since this isnt like a food order, or something that can easily be made up for, I just have to sit inside and wait for them to reach out to me. And after having waited all day today, since they dont have any kind of time block setup, I am just sitting by the phone waiting. This is unfair, and very uncool. Not to mention uncomfortable.

This company is a scam! We were sent home with some of their equipment from the ER. They refuse to bill my insurance but keep calling me and demanding a credit card for payment but wont tell me how much the payment is. I have been trying to get them to come get the equipment for weeks now but they are yet to come get it.
