Hello. This is both an informational post and a rant. Signature women's *apparently* shut down in November 2021 with absolutely no notice and no follow up to their patients (or at least not to me). I had a consultation around November 12th for which I had to pay $200 OOP. I was then scheduled for a minor procedure on November 22nd at 9 am. On the day of the procedure, as soon as I walk in to the office I know something's off. The office is completely dark except for the waiting room and the receptionist is sitting at the desk - no other personnel in sight. I hesitantly go to check in for my appointment and the receptionist informs me that the office unfortunately had a COVID outbreak, and they will have to reschedule my appointment. The reason they could not tell me before I came into the office and why they can't reschedule my appointment while I'm there is because their EMR is down. For this same reason, I have to write my first, last, DOB, and appointment time down on a piece of copy paper that she hands me that has about 10 other names on it and I leave the office. This felt a little suspicious but I couldn't argue with COVID. Three weeks go by and I don't get a call. i try calling them several times, but each time it goes to a third party call service that seems to have little to no affiliation with the office. These random people on the phone sort of confusingly provide me with later dates that the office will call me back and reschedule my appointment and keep mentioning a COVID outbreak. In ~ mid december, I drive past the office itself and see a note (see below) on their door that says they're closed till december 13. By New Years I still don't receive a call and can only seem to reach this third party person. Finally, in early January 2022, I check their website and it says something like "unfortunately our doctors have decided to retire and as of NOVEMBER 23 we will be closing our doors permanently" which would have been 1 day after my original scheduled appointment and doesn't coincide with this note we saw or any of their COVID claims........ To this day I have never gotten a call, never received my medical records of that consultation appointment I had, and did not get the prescription or lab results of the tests taken at the first appointment. I  have however received multiple bills and receipts (spent about $400 total). This has since become one of my life's biggest mysteries and am currently seeking answers from anyone who can offer them.

Dr Jacqueline Hayle-Patterson's office was supposed to schedule a followup visit with me within a two week period since January. It's been months now and I have had no communication via phone, email, fax, Facebook page, website, nothing! Calls don't go through, hangs up, no answering machine. I wish they'd let their patients know, how reckless and unprofessional!!! It's a hassle trying to get my records to a new doctor.

I have been going to Dr Patterson for a long time she delivered my daughter who is now 18 and also her patient. I wouldnt want to see any one else..

When I made the appointment, I was put on hold for 10 minutes before they were able to help me make an appointment. When they confirmed the appointment, they did not send any confirmation nor verify the address for the appointment. When I got to the appointment, I waited 20 minutes in the lobby. They then had me strip and change and I sat in the room and waited an ADDITIONAL 45 minutes. There was no apology. I waited over an hour for a check up that lasted 10 minutes. Their employees and doctors are rude. Never coming back.

Everything is cool, it's just hard to get through the phone many times. I could never find my lab results either.
