TownePlace Suites by Marriott Atlanta Lawrenceville

I was over charged. They couldn't figure out my reservation even though I booked online. This should of been a red flag but I was tired and made my way to the room once they handed me the key. I only stayed a night and after checking out I saw tons of charges on my card. It was over $1000 bucks and I had to talk to about three different people over the course of a week to finally get it resolved. Once they were able to return my funds they offered me a free night for a future stay. The next time I was in Lawrenceville, I reached out via email to the manager that promised my free stay and I got nothing but crickets. Save you money and stay somewhere else. Poor management and staff training caused me a week of headache.

It’s a nice hotel to stay in. Located close to I-85 on the northeast side of atlanta. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They have a free breakfast in the morning.

Nice place and very clean. Staff is very helpful and super friendly. But this is just the first day so time will tell.
