Heritage Corners by Rocklyn Homes

My clients recently purchased a beautiful brand new town home in Stone Mountain/Tucker. Although we were made aware that no additional parking would be added, we were not fully aware of just how tight and congested this 180 home community will be upon completion. Additional parking will be a necessity. To make matters worse they are installing the call box at the access gate on the passenger side! This means that visitors/drivers will have to completly exit their vehicles in order to call a resident and get buzzed in. I’ve never seen anything like this in all of my years. Such an unnecessary and avoidable inconvenience.

I Regret buying a home from Rocklyn Homes the management agency exclusive management and the unknown person who you can’t contact that they have making the decisions that effect the homeowners are unreasonable and predatory

I lived in the Openfields community, and the material they used is very cheap. They are did not re-due the pipes in the neighborhood so we had a bad water leak. They did not want to help and fix the leak. So many things have gone wrong in that neighborhood. Many had misconceptions on exterior insurance when they bought because it was advertised when you View the model home. I feel Rocklyn is a complete scam. They are very cheap when building their home and when they come to fix or do any warranty repairs, they are extremely cheap and they rush, trying to find the cheapest way to fix it. Unprofessional. They always have an attitude when you call to ask for something, and they just don’t care about their customer . I sold and will never buy from them again.
