It depends if you catch them on a good day. They do a great job at braiding. However they're customer service skills are lacking. I just wish they hire a receptionist to speak for them

My first time coming to Esther Hair Braiding, but it will not be my last. They’re very professional and clean. They take their time to make sure you leave satisfied.

I called to book an appointment with Esther. Upon me calling, she appeared to be nice. I explained to her I was seeking small waist length knotless braids. I asked her if she had any availability for June 15? Her reply was let me see….. she ended up telling me yes and the price was $280. I was happy and we disconnected. She called me back and asked me where did I find her at, I replied Instagram…. Shen then informed me on how to send the $30 deposit by referring to her post. I did that and then I sent it. Shen then texted very unprofessionally and stated, I told you to screenshot the confirmation and send it to me. I did, and asked her what time? She never responded….. I called again at 5pm and asked what time? Again, she stated I’ll get back to you and hung up. Next day, I texted, time? No answer. Then I called, no answer, she texted and said I’ll call you back. I texted no need for a call back , just need to know what time, or refund my deposit. Deposit was returned.
