Absolutely awful. I recently had my 6 monthly prescription checkup. First problem my usual primary care Dr was not in that day despite me having an appointment for 6 months. Dr I saw could not have been less interested in my well being. I had bloodwork for my 2 prescriptions. A week later they called me to say they forgot to do one of the tests. I would understand if I had 10 different tests. But TWO????? They then said they would fax the order to the lab. Well guess what. I arrive only to find no order? Such incompetence.

Yalonda was excellent. This was my first visit and she made sure I had a smile on my face before I left! What a great experience. I hope she is there when I come back.

I recently went to Strickland from Northside hospital, and to be honest, I was a bit hesitant at first due to the reviews I've read. But guess what? I decided to give it a shot last week, and to my surprise, it was an incredible experience. My doctor was impressively knowledgeable, and his nurse Kay was an absolute sweetheart. From the moment she called me in until I left, she made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. As a patient, receiving this level of care truly makes me want to continue coming back.

I love this medical practice! It is easy to get an appointment and the team from the front line staff, to the nurses, to the doctors is the best. I took my father here and we had such a great experience I am now a patient and so is my wife. I really cant say enough about the staff and the wonderful job they do serving their clients!
