In March 2023, I visited the office for the first time. They estimated a $200 fee for my annual comprehensive visit which is covered by my insurance at 100%. I was required to pay before seeing the doctor which I told them should be fully covered. But, I paid any add us because it was their policy. My insurance paid them 100% of their contractual fee already. My insurance and myself have been calling them multiple times every month since May 2022 for a refund. The office manager is never in even though we are told shell be in after lunch or the following day. After threatening to report her office to the states insurance department for breach of contract w my insurance company, The office manager finally called to say shell refund me and asked for my Zelle information which sounds weird to me. I NEVER receive my refund still! I was told by someone at the office last year that I was the only one who is asking for a refund but havent received it yet. It is now February 2024. I called earlier this month for a refund but was told the office manager handles refunds and she wont be in until the afternoon because she is at the Lithonia office in the day time.

This location has the most poor communication I have ever encountered. Their billing department is impossible to contact. They incorrectly charged me and put the blame on third party labs. They are not responsive and will not check to see if they coded everything properly and do not care about bills going collections even though they improperly invoiced me. They also misplaced my samples and had no regard to my time as they expected me to come in at times I was at work. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
