Etched Impressions

Having used Google to search for a local engraver, I found Etched Impressions. From the website, to the first phone call to picking up the engraved items the same day, the experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend Etched Impressions.

From my first email inquiry to receiving my finished product, my experience with Etched Impressions was a fantastic experience. I received a Yeti cup and looked for somewhere that could engrave it. The first place I called wanted $25 to engrave it and another $25 just to set it up. I could buy another one at the Yeti website and have it engraved and shipped for less. The second place I reached out to had ordered but not received their laser engraver yet. Fortunately, my third business I reached out to was Etched Impressions and I am so glad the first two,didnt work out. My email inquiry was promptly answered and after Jay verified what I wanted he told me they could absolutely do it. The price that he gave me was fair and he even said I might be able to wait for it or that it would be a day, at the longest. The first place that would have charged me $50 told me it would be up to a week. I texted Jay the next morning at the number he had given me and asked if I could bring my Yeti by after lunch and he quickly responded that he could do it then while I waited. As soon as I got there, Jay verified what I wanted and told me he had four items to complete before mine but that it wouldnt be longer than an hour and fifteen minutes. I opted to wait since I dont live in the area. In less than the quoted time I got a text saying my Yeti was ready. If you like monograms, getting your favorite Yeti done is a great way to personalize it and make it special. My Yeti looked fantastic. I had such a great experience with Etched Impressions. Jay was very responsive and professional. You can tell he loves what he does. And how busy the business was is proof of the quality work he does. When you get to the address you drive to the back of the building to find his business. I am so appreciative that they were willing to do mine right away. I look forward to dealing with them again. I love supporting a small business. Especially when the business knocks it out of the park, like they did. I highly recommend them.
