Gotta be the worst Suntrust branch still open. I cannot begin to explain the levels of unprofessionalism i have experienced from this "branch" aside from being literally pushed to the ATM or Automated Teller person machine the lady i encounter in this place is useless. I actually left this branch and drove to another on Sugarloaf and in expressing my issues, the teller noted that many others have expressed the same. SUNTRUST, close this location or hire better quality staff. This is utterly ridiculous, and I will be closing my account bc i cannot continue to tolerate this poor level of service.

Usually not too busy. Friendly staff, although they change out frequently. Later hours than main banks too.
