The Awning Squad did a fantastic job replacing our awning; the technicians and sales associate were kind, informative and professional!! I would definitely use them again and refer my friends to this company. I am very pleased!!

This company is awesome! Last year they replaced the fabric in our retractable awning, cleaned the frame, and made it look like new. They were total professionals from start to finish. This year, we applied a little too much force to the part that allows you to adjust the angle of the awning and we broke it (we had not changed the angle of the awning in over 20 years). After that, one side drooped much more than the other, to the point that the awning was really not usable. The awning frame is so old, parts are no longer being made for it. The Awning Squad was not eager for this kind of work (understandable because there are liability issues, etc.), but we had a lot of trust in them based on the previous year's experience and finally convinced them to take a look. They worked very hard, and figured out a way to make our awning work again! When we finally give up on this frame, we'll definitely be calling the Awning Squad to replace it, but we wanted to enjoy the beautiful fabric they recently put in for a few more years before doing that.

These guys were awesome - it's no surprise they have nothing but 5 star reviews. I filled out an online form on Saturday, received a call first thing Monday and had our install done that Thursday. We used them to install a 14 foot motorized Sunsetter awning we purchased through Costco. The two guys they sent out were amazing - they were complete perfectionists. They made sure everything was done to spec and was perfect. They touched up a few dings from shipping, hid all the wires, cleaned off the deck and even put back my patio furniture. Once done they gave me a quick lesson and some great tips to ensure we get a lifetime out of this awning. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
