        If your black stay away, the Chinese lady and her husband go assume you sale drugs and will take pictures of your tag for no reason.... ( At all) and it's smells like mold and some have bed bugs the size of baby ticks..

        The place is nasty. Lots of mold and roaches. The new owners aren't very nice to people of color. Some of tenants seem to be bigots. A few of the tenants think they are security guards.
