I started the process of ordering back in October. I decided to do a build on site as I didn't have an area in the yard to "drop" the shed from a flat bed truck. I ordered the shed and was told 4 weeks or so. NOT - it was more like 9-10 weeks. Backyard Outfitters and the sales people did NOT bother to keep me "in the loop". They didn't tell me when it could be expected and didn't bother to call me. Basically every contact that I had with the company was because I called. If I were to do it over again, I would probably go with Tuffshed and Home Depot - they at least were proactive in calling me when I was getting quotes.
