Never again. Order was messed up at the drive thru and went inside to fix. I ordered a 3 piece spicy with fries and mash potatoes. I recieved a 2 piece and no sides. The attendant searched for the smallest piece they could find to replace the missing piece and did not put the effort in scooping the fries so my portion was small. I asked about my mash potatoes and she said I did not order it. I had to show my receipt again and she noticed that I had ordered it. She relunctantly went to get tje mashed potatoes and was eyeing me like I already got it and took it out of the bag. The biscuit and chicken was overcooked and slightly warm. The service was rediculously slow so Im assuming the chicken had time to cool. I do not plan to ever return to this location.

I hate the fact they have those plastic bags with the food in the box and not plastic but maybe it's a reason. I just can't stand when the food sweats like the fries for instance bc that's the made side I get , they're always soggy tasting by the time we open the box. Nuggets were my choice and they were okay you could tell they had been there for awhile.

First time stopping in here. Ordered on the app but went inside because the app never have the limited time specials(blackened chicken sandwich). 97 Health Score and the inside was very clean. Lots of people working and scurrying around. The drive thru line was moving along nicely. The lady on the register was very patient with the customer having difficulties as the line grew longer. I was told they won't of the blackened chicken sandwich but they had blackened nuggets. Also they were out of popcorn shrimp  which I ordered on the app. My app order was ready but now I had to wait until they cooked butterfly shrimp and the nuggets. Thus the reason for the "4" review. Again the cashier was very polite and apologetic for the delay.  A person I suppose was a manager had to take an employee aside to verbally chastise because of a dispute between her and Raven. This should have been administered in an office or outside instead at a table with customers within listening distance. Same on her

Went there the day before yesterday and as soon as I approached the register the cashier exclaimed "we don't have no mild,all we have is that" as she pointed to 3 battered pieces of spicy chicken. When I asked how long on mild she said 30 minutes or more so I left in dismay. I returned yesterday on a doordash and had to keep changing my customer's order because they had no chicken tenders and ONLY sprite .Since I can see the mediocrity at this location it wasn't my intention to return but my wife loves Popeyes so I find myself there again today. Immediately my wife was approached by the manager who never offers so much as a greeting,but wrapped my wife up in a 15 minute soliloquy about how she got in trouble because her boss heard us complaining the other day when we left. And for all that we left with cold chicken this time. I won't be back !!!
