Mr. Howard Lester of LaGrange, GA, started a project, but did not complete it. His team did great work laying the vinyl floors, but apparently they ordered the wrong molding. This project was started in early November 2020 and is still in complete. I have contacted Mr. Lester in person, via texts, and via email, and Mr. Lester has made appointments with me and never following through, ultimately costly me leave time at work. My wife, a disabled Army veteran, has fallen multiple times over their shady molding job, worsening her knee injury. I just want Mr Lester to have the same energy to finish my project correctly that he did when he wanted me to pay him initially. If he completes the project properly I will no longer have any ill will towards his business. This flooring project was supposed to be the highlight of our 2020, as we had saved and budgeted awhile for it. Mr Lester has recently decided not to answer any texts, phone calls, or emails from me.

Agree, do not shops here. After they Bradley installed my carpet and took forever with two guys working only a few hrs a day. When I called to get carpet fixed they wouldn’t return my calls. You have to leave a meaaage since Covid and I tried calling and emailing and they have not contacted me. They do not honor warranty at all .

Howard and Shannon Lester are the best! Very conscientious, professional, friendly, and customer care comes first! Great people great service great product lines! They installed LVP in our basement two years ago and we came back to them for our kitchen remodel. We can't thank you all enough! ~ Eddie and Tonya Graves
