You pay for what you get
Cheap accommodation but the free breakfast was ridiculous, all they had was mini muffins and mini donuts! Youre kidding!
Half size pillows was a bit weird.

Rooms: Floors are nasty.. have always found spiders or roaches
Nearby activities: None.
Safety: I had the clothes rack with shelving and place to hang clothes with hangers.,mk . The rack and shelf fell right on top of my wnd I was 8 months pregnant and didnt accommodate me or do anything to apologize . Took 3 days to have anyone tome say anything

December & January my first stay was very Peaceful
February at the property has been terrible: guys barbequing, playing music, hanging near the stairway.. by me having to report to work sometime @ 4am, I asked if they would move near the pool (it will work out for the both) they disagreed continue the disturbance

Ok we will start with me and my family getting to the room. We opened the door and the first thing we notice is the room smells like weed. And then we started noticing how in disrepair the room was in the paint was peeling off the door . half the plugs did not work. We went to get showers and when we turned the water on the faucet handle came off in your hand and the drain plug wouldnt stay up so you had to wedge it up so the tub would drain. The remote was missing its battery cover. The a/c unit brought the smells from outside in ecspecially when the guy from the next room was outside smoking weed in front of our window.
Now we get to the cleanliness of the room. There was what looked like a drink spilled down the side of the dresser that hadnt been cleaned up from the previous customer. There was spots where stuff had been spilled on the floor.
The shelfs in the little mini kitchen had bits of food and crumbs in them the fridge and freezer were filthy and it had a weird smell to it. I'm sorry i didn't get a picture of that. The sheets had a pinkish stain on them where someone had spilled something on them.
Now to the comfort portion of the room the chairs were not comfortable they we like sitting on boards. The beds were as hard as a rock. The towels were very rough and they smelled like crayons. The lightbulbs in the lamps were so bright when they were turned on it hurt your eyes. The pillows were very thin.
Now onto the service portion. The front desk was rude and wouldn't listen i went up there to get more towels and washcloths and he didn't want to give me anymore than the 2 that were in the room. Even though the room was booked for 4 people i had to explain this to him twice. When i finally was able to convey to him that there was 4 people he demanded to know the room number so he could make sure what i was telling him was true. The so called continental was an absolute joke it was mini donuts and mini muffins and when i was up there at 7:30 am there was no coffee or juice or anything.
So wrapping up the room was dirty, uncomfortable, and the service was terrible. This hotel is definitely not a family friendly environment will definitely not be staying here again.
