Crystal Quest Water Filters

I installed the Chrystal Quest RO system 6 weeks ago and they refuse to send out parts to get the system working. Finally, I replaced their system with another company and they want me to pay to send the system back. WOW

I ordered an RO system from this company it going to cost over 1150.00 for installation and the float pump does not work It has been 5 weeks and the manager refuses to send a replacement I tore out my purification system to put this one in so they've forced me to use the water from the city. I've tried to explain to the manager that I'm a disabled vet with medical conditions that are getting much worse because of the water I'm forced to use. I'm getting much sicker and the company doesn't seem to care. WOW

Stay away from these guys. The water pitcher is poorly designed and not convenient at all. But even worse than that - I re-ordered filters and they sent me a different product than I paid for. It was not only different by name and looks but also in function. I had to filter each batch 3 times before the chlorine odor went away. When I wrote them they outright lied to me and invented stories and excuses which were obviously wrong. Never apologies. Never offered any compensation.

Really enjoyed their product until I started having issues recently. I purchased 2 filters, both of which tasted fishy when I replaced them. I did everything the company said but nothing worked. After spending $120, they said they could just give me a buy 1 get 1 free deal, so I spent another $60. Once I received those, I put a new one in and had the same issue. I contacted them again and just asked if I could return and get a refund for the $60. I received the paperwork for return and now have to also pay for the return shipping for their faulty product. I have purchased three systems from them for different family members and will be replacing all of them with a better product and company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great reception, felt like I was talking to family. I got a whole house water filter and for the past 6 months everything has been running smoothly as expected. Thank you guys for this great experience and this amazing product.
