They said they lost the receipt so I had to go through my transactions to find it. Which was very unprofessional. You would think they would have reached out to the YMCA so they could contact me to let me know what was going on but I waited and waited and finally had to reach out to them to find out what the holdup was.

We have been waiting almost 2 months to get our pictures back. Had pictures taken on 5/13, on 6/9 my husband emailed the company and one of their representatives said they had JUST gotten the pictures back from their lab, and they would be mailed out by the end of the following week (6/16) at the latest. Here we are at 6/26, still with no pictures. I have purchased pictures from other sports photography companies and NEVER had this long of a turn around time. This is absolutely atrocious, not to mention the poor professionalism displayed by the employees at the shoot. I don't understand why any league would work with this company given how long they take to get their products out. If a lab is the cause of the major delay, then the company needs to find another one to do business with.

Very disappointed in the soccer pictures they took of our son. The shot wasnt level or framed correctly, they cut his foot off at the ankle making a very awkward photo. We didnt ask for a refund because we wanted a picture but next time we will just take our own team pictures.
