I would like to say thank you to the staff members of AMC Barrett Commons 24 and especially to the Manager Daniel. There was a very unruly movie goer that continuously caused a disruption and cursed at us when my boyfriend and I asked them to stop. It got to the point where I had to get a manager. The staff and Daniel were very understanding and got the unruly person out quickly and efficiently. Daniel did give this person a chance to explain and change their behavior, but this person continued to curse and cause a disruption. Even kicking both the indoor theater door and the entrance door. Daniel was very accommodating and apologized for that person's behavior. He didn't need to, but he also offered us both a voucher for a movie and drink. I really appreciate Daniel for his professionalism and the stellar customer service. Thank you, AMC staff, and especially thank you to Daniel for making our night.

Yeah...hard pass. Maybe after the reno. The chairs recline, but sre some of the most uncomfortable youve ever sat in. No one working the door or checking tickets. We walked right in wo being checked. There were others walking in who probably were there for free. Tickets should be discounted during the reno for this subpar theater.

They are going through a remodeling which means it will have all the up-to-date theater but as of right now it's still a little hit or miss should have Dolby vision for the summer.

AMC JUST REMODELD...THEY GOT NEW COLD/HOT SEATS, NEW CARPET, NEW LAZER PROJECTOR , AND A BAR IS COMING...CHECK IT OUT!!!
