I tried placing a call 5 times within the time from 7am-12pm (western time) but every-time i tried calling it says theres no representative available ..

I see why your reviews are terrible. You cant get through on the phone, but you walk in and no one is doing anything. I purchased from you all thru TrueCar thru Perks at work. I will be giving feedback. My 1st encounter with service was terrible in Birmingham. I cant wait to see what my next visit brings.

CarMax auto finance is Highway robbery!! I paid my first car note and you mean to tell me only $96 went to my principal balance!! I will definitely be refinancing my car with my credit union today !! I wish I wouldve read the reviews before buying a car through this company!! UPDATE!! My payoff experience was very pleasant with car max , it was smooth sailing I sent the check off they received it March 4th and everything was finalized by March 7th !! Good job !!
