Used this agency for many years. Had to switch to another insurance at one point. Now, it's impossible to get a quote or a callback from this agency after making an effort my last two renewals. Time to move on. No, I am no longer a customer but I was for many, many years. Because you do not recognize the email does not mean I wasn't or did not try again to use your service. There is no reason for anger because I did not use my real name. But the review is an accurate description of my experience.

DWard insurance has your needs at the top of their priority list!
Anytime that I have questions or concerns, they immediately call me and answer my questions or resolve the issue. Can not say ennough good things about them.

Spoke with someone in accounting/billing which was very nasty and unprofessional. While trying to get clarification of a concern that I had, she said " she is not gonna repeat herself' and hung up the phone. I will not renew my business insurance with a company that has employees who mistreat customers and do not appreciate my business. Take ur business elsewhere.....Also because I complained about the service received, instead of an apology the owner puts full name and business name on her reply in an effort to cause harm to my business. This just shows the lack of integrity this business has.

I have used D Ward Insurance now for many years. They are always working for me to find the best bundling options for home; auto; motorcycle and rental property insurance needs. The only thing I don't have through them is my property in Florida for obvious reasons. They have excellent follow up to my inquiries. I like having agents that are not tied to a specific insurance company or plan, but show the market for me.
