Paris was phenomenal! She assisted me in a professional manner while helping a ton of other customers. Definitely will be back to this T-Mobile.

I went yesterday 3/8 to get a phone and plan with their galaxy 23 series deal. They said I could have a S23 or a S23 ultra. They never mentioned to me the S23+. Which is a bigger size than the S23 regular. So I came back the next day to exchange it for the S23+. I was willing to pay the difference (which I told them). I talked to Paris which I believe is the manager there. She told me they had no S23 (regular, ultra, or plus) in-stock. I then went to another T-mobile store which greeted me with respect and kindness. They showed me that the store had 2 S23+ and 3 S23 Ultra in-stock. They then tried calling the store and they didn't answer. I then went back with the information I obtained and told them but they told me no store can see what they have in-stock. I ask them to call the store and talk with the manager. She told me no that she don't have to call nobody. The whole experience with the store was rude and unprofessional. I just wanted to exchange. It would have been fine if they didn't lie. T-mobile you should get someone to look into the management at this store. You will lose customers if you keep the people that are there right now. This was store #2450 located at the towne center mall. Pls I just found out they messed up my paper work. Please don't come here
