        A representative for this company refused to state their company name and insisted that I verify a social security number to continue. I insisted that I needed to look up their company and call back to feel comfortable sharing information. The representative then GAVE ME the last 4 digits of the social of the person they were looking for, and asked if it was correct.

        Absolutely horrible. On all occasions. I wish I can transfer my collection to another company.

        They are no help at all. They’ll have you send in tons of paperwork only to receive it and saw your submission has been declined and you need to pay the balance to avoid garnishment. I wish my loan could be turned over to ANY other agency. I have no clue what to do at this point
