Food was great. Just wish someone would have warned me about the service. These veteran ladies are rude. Very rude. This place could be so much more enjoyable if they had a hostess and cashier. Allowing their servers to focus on their customers rather than being pulled in different directions. Their credit card machine was down and I think that created some stress. The servers were complaining and talking about other customers in front of other customers about the stupidest things. And it was not very professional at all. Its sad because I had really been looking forward to trying this place for years. I love the movie. But when I finally did, regret to report that I was so disappointed in the service. Theres just tension there between staff and you can feel it. This place could be so much more. Be prepared to wait. Be prepared to have less than mediocre service.

This is my 4th visit to the Whistle Stop. Every single time is a joy, and I have loved sharing it with various friends and family. The traffic in Atlanta was terrible so we were pushing it to make it before they closed. They were scheduled to close at 4 and when we walked in at 345 we were prepared to be turned away. They didnt bat an eye and were friendly.
