I used Smiles for the first time and will definitely call on them again. The service was great and they attended to my request immediately. I will recommend this company because of their professionalis, quality of work, and prompt service.

While I would have been the first person to jump on here with a positive review, I'm extremely disappointed with this company. At the end of service, we pointed out some areas they did not complete. The workers went ahead and finished up, actually doing more than we requested due to a language barrier. This is not my issue at all. My issue is that they drove away their truck while this was happening and left a huge pile of brush in my backyard, a much bigger pile than we were anticipating because they did more than we expected. My husband felt bad and let it go, but when I saw it, I was very upset and immediately called in. We paid a lot of money for this work and it was not finished to completion. I called the company back to request they come and get the brush and the receptionist argued with me saying this was OUR fault for letting them leave and that they would not be collecting the brush they left behind without charging me. I was very nice about this until she insulted us and put the blame on the customer instead of just finishing up the job. Why would it ever be acceptable to leave a mess behind? I was even willing to be flexible about when they picked up the brush. Poor customer service all around. They never should have left in the first place, and then argued that it was our fault. What?!
