    I arrived for an appointment for lab work and was told my insurance was not valid. I called my insurance company and they said that was incorrect. The problem was their system had the incorrect member id number associated with my account. I also received a notification that my appointment for my physical was at a different time( I always make morning appointments and this one was at 2:45pm). Again, they tell me it is because of their system !!!NO ONE NOTIFIED ME to see if this change was okay with me!! So here I sit waiting to see if both appointments have to be changed because of their system or someone's ineptness!! I have other obligations today, yet here I sit 30 minutes after my appointment time waiting! Just told that I accept the 2:45 or reschedule!! Why couldn't someone have called me beforehand???? Spivey Station location After 7pm Received message-I can keep the change that THEY made or reschedule. Why couldn't they have called ME TO RESCHEDULE IF NEEDED!?!??

    I just transferred to this provider recently. Although the doctors are attentive and appear to care for patients the support staff is not great. Prescription refills are an absolute nightmare. Trying to get any thing done from prescription transfers to changes in prescriptions through the staff is impossible. They simply dont respond. Ive been submitting requests via the patient portal for over a week with no response. Supposedly they are to respond within 48 - 72 hours. I have chronic conditions that require medication daily. This is absolutely unacceptable. Im literally left with no choice but to go to the office in person to try to get this resolved. Setting a new appointment with a different provider will take months. Ive never had a provider just not respond to simple prescription refill requests. Just horrible.

    Friendly staff. Always get seen in a timely manner. I love that they have a patient portal (with an app you can download on your phone) and messaging system. Im super happy with Dr. Wheeler. Best Endocrinologist Ive ever been to!

    I've been going to the Spivey Station and the Midtown office for approximately 15 years. Both of my doctors are extremely easy to talk to and professional. The office is extremely friendly. I see two different doctors in this office
